Homeward Bound Home Inspections was founded by Dan Wood in 1986. With demand for his services rising, Dan decided to expand the company, becoming Michigan’s first multi-inspector firm.   

With the help of his sons, Bob and Bill, and a team of dedicated professionals, Dan's one-man operation quickly grew into South Eastern Michigan’s best and most trusted home inspection companies.    

At Homeward Bound, inspections are all we do. With years of training and experience, inspectors are able to help homeowners make informed decisions about their property.
